Providence Health & Services Transportation Representative in Missoula, Montana
Providence is calling a Transportation Representative (General Transportation, Days, 1.0 FTE) to Providence St. Patrick Hospital in Missoula, Montana. We are a community of caregivers delivering every day on our Mission to provide compassionate care that is accessible for all – especially those who are poor and vulnerable.
In this position you will:
Responsible for maintaining delivery schedules for supplies, linens and food to SPH and all offsite affiliates.
Respond quickly to the needs identified by customers.
Inspect incoming material to ensure correct quantities ordered and for damage.
Maintain deliveries per assigned schedule.
Maintain vehicles and equipment necessary for transportation functions.
Operate vehicles in a safe manner within guidelines of OSHA and local traffic laws.
Communicate appropriately with colleagues, supervisors, physicians, peers, etc.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Current Montana Driver's license, motor vehicle record, and insurance.
Experience in dealing with customer service and prioritization of past duties.
Preferred qualification for this position include:
- High School diploma or General Equivalency Degree (GED)
