Providence Health & Services Social Worker LCSW - Mental Health in Missoula, Montana
Providence is calling a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) (Mental Health, Variable Shift, 0.25 FTE) to St. Patrick Hospital in Missoula, Montana. In this position you will:
Perform assessment and documentation of presenting problems, social and family history, pyschiatric history, mental status, and other information pertinent to the accurate assessment of patients' neurobehavioral problems.
Provide assessment and documentation, as well as targeted behavioral interventions for outpatients.
Communicate method/intervention progress and responses to appropriate members of the healthcare team.
Work collaboratively with psychiatry, psychiatric nurse practitioners, psychiatric nursing, and occupational therapy.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Masters degree in Social Work (MSW)
Montana Licensed Clinical Social Worker, or license eligible in the State of Montana
Three (3) years experience with adult and/or adoleschent populations and familiarity with broad range of psychiatric disorders
