Providence Rehabilitation Aide Inpatient in Missoula, Montana
Providence is calling an Rehabilitation Aide Inpatient (Physical Therapy, Days, 0.0 FTE) to Providence St. Patrick Hospital in Missoula, Montana. In this position you will:
Assist the physical therapist in implementing the plan of care or provides patient care under the supervision of the physical therapist while assuring patient privacy, safety, and comfort.
Report change of status information to the physical therapist and nurse.
Teach appropriate and safe therapeutic/rehabilitation information for improving patient outcomes.
Contribute positively to budgetary and staffing needs by flexing hours and schedule.
Clean and maintain patient care equipment and supplies.
Complete quarterly safety report for assigned areas.
Inventory patient care supplies and identify when it is necessary to order
Required qualification for this position include:
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) card must be from the following authorized governing bodies: American Heart Association (AHA) - (BLS Provider), American Red Cross (ARC) - (BLS for Health Care Provider), or Military Training Network (MTN) – (Healthcare Provider) upon hire.
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
H.S. Diploma or GED
Experience in an aide capacity in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, nursing or Physical Therapy student, EMT or current CNA
