Providence is calling a Physiatry (Pmg Mt Neuropsychology, Day Shift, 0.0 FTE) to Providence Medical Group in Missoula, Montana. In this position you will:
Administer and score standardized psychological tests to assess intellectual capacity, personality characteristics, and brain-related cognitive abilities of neurology and neurosurgery clinic patients and research subjects with known or suspected neurological disorders.
Enter test results and scores into database.
Demonstrate competency with all position related software programs.
Consistent use of AIDET system for excellent service.
May perform research in addition to clinical duties under the direction of neuropsychologist in collaboration with neuroscience institute doctors.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology or other Social Science Human Services field within 2 year of hire
2 or more years of supervised experience and demonstrated competence administering and scoring neuropsychological testing
Working knowledge of the administration of laboratory and bedside/neuropsychological procedures
Adequate computer skills needed to enter test scores into database
Ability to interact with and motivate patients to put forth good effort on tests
