Description:
Process Improvement Consultant
Partners with managers and employees to facilitate, create and implement process and systems improvement (Lean Healthcare). Assists in developing measurement tools to determine efficacy. Facilitates, trains and advises others regarding process and systems improvement. Develops appropriate training materials. Requires an experienced leader who can readily assimilate new technologies and ideas, manage learning and change, and create a vision for a high performance, team-based organization.
Qualifications:
Required qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
Five years in a position directly applying lean techniques and quality problem solving techniques
Experience developing and delivering educational materials in a group setting
Strong computer skills with experience in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Preferred qualifications:
Past experience in Lean, Six-Sigma, or Quality Engineering
Understanding of both clinical and non-clinical activities and processes within a healthcare setting
