Providence Practice Manager II - Sleep/Pulmonology/Sleep Lab in Missoula, Montana
Providence is calling a Practice Manager II - Sleep/Pulmonology/Sleep Lab (Neuroscience Administration, Days, 1.0 FTE) to Providence Medical Group in Missoula, Montana. In this position you will:
Provide ongoing supervision and problem solving for clinical and financial operations, offering consistent support and guidance to practice support staff. Actively participates and/or leads in defining and implementing development strategies resulting in increased efficiency and greater volume. Assists in development of provider and practice goals, as well as evidence-based physician/clinic standards for consistency, to maximize the patient experience throughout the continuum of care.

Implement PMG and Hospital-wide policies and procedures to ensure compliance with TJC, OSHA, NCQA, HIPPA, CMS, and all Providence Health & Services policies and procedures; Employee demonstrates the safety standard of conduct by familiarizing him/herself with policies and procedures, practicing personal and patient safety consistently, and reporting any and all safety hazards and/or violations.
Assist with enforcing established policies and procedures to identify and reduce any risks to patients of acquiring or transmitting infection. Assist with Human Resource related activities for practice(s), including recruiting, interviewing, scheduling for training, counseling, and evaluating practice support staff; Actively support and assist, when needed, Practice Managers in serving as a liaison to Revenue Cycle for patient account and provider enrollment issues, Credentialing for insurance plan matters, Risk Management for patient related legal issues, and other hospital personnel and/or individuals outside of the organization to affect the exchange of information, arrange services, and /or complete administrative tasks.
Maintain the security and confidentiality of data and information used in the performance of his/her daily duties conforming to hospital policy, laws and regulations as appropriate.
Management of all neuroscience recruiting, working with internal and external contacts to ensure positive experiences for all candidates.
Direct accountability for all neuroscience provider and staff onboarding, including but not limited to, human resource requirements, EPIC logistics, training, licensure, privileges, and credentialing.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare administration, practice management, business, finance, or accounting or equivalent educ/experience
Experience in Ambulatory healthcare management
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
5 years Ambulatory Practice Management experience
7 years experience in healthcare administration, practice management, business, finance, or accounting or equivalent experience.
