Providence Health & Services Office Coordinator - Clinic in Missoula, Montana
Providence is calling an Office Coordinator (Women's Care and Family Wellness, Day Shift, 1.0 FTE) to Providence Medical Group in Missoula, Montana. We are a community of caregivers delivering every day on our Mission to provide compassionate care that is accessible for all – especially those who are poor and vulnerable.
In this position you will:
Be responsible for providing on-site daily mentoring and serve as resource/problem-solver for registration, scheduling, staffing, and other issues
Work in conjunction with the Practice Manager to provide optimal guidance and communication throughout the department and improve office practices
Greet employees and public promptly in a courteous andpositive manner
Clerical duties to ensure acceptable patientflow
Demonstrate the initiative to perform job dutiesautonomously
Present in-services or other educational offerings as assigned
Ensure that appropriate documentation is provided to the billing office to allow proper billing and assist in problem solving between clinics and central billing office
Maintain accurate inventory control based on departmental reports
Maintains the security and confidentiality of data andinformation used in the performance of his/her daily duties conforming tohospital policy, laws and regulations as appropriate
Demonstrate the commitment to co-workers and teamsuccess by actively participating as a member of a team to move toward thecompletion of goals
Required qualifications for this position include:
Minimum 2 years' experience in health field
High School diploma or General Equivalency Degree (GED) equivalent
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Supervisory experience in all levels of management of multiple physician office
