Providence Health & Services Clinic Navigator - Foster Care Clinic in Missoula, Montana
Providence is calling a Clinic Navigator (Foster Care Clinic, Variable Shift, 0.2 FTE, Temporary Position - June through August) to Providence Medical Group in Missoula, Montana. We are a community of caregivers delivering every day on our Mission to provide compassionate care that is accessible for all – especially those who are poor and vulnerable.
In this position you will:
Provide social work and behavioral health services for Foster Care Clinic patients in collaboration with the care team.
Conduct clinical interviews to assess pertinent patient information.
Use objective tests to augment and support the findings of clinical interviews.
Communicate with other members of the health care team regarding the patient's needs, plan, and response to care.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field
Well-developed clinical skills for interviewing and assessing
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Experience with pediatric and adolescent populations
Familiarity with a broad range of psychiatric disorders
