Providence is calling a Behavioral Health Consultant (LCSW) (Chemo Op Services, Day Shift, 0.5 FTE) to St. Patrick Hospital in Missoula, Montana. In this position you will:
Work’s effectively in a patient-centered, integrated model in a variety of clinical settings.
Participates in integrated care team meetings to coordinate care and develop plans of care.
Determines mental health diagnosis when needed according to current version of Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders.
Construct, document, and execute robust treatment plans using the biopsychosocial model and evidence based interventions.
Utilize evidence-based clinical tools for tracking clinical outcomes (PHQ-9, GAD-7, AUDIT-C, etc).
Provides brief intervention and/or brief treatment for substance abuse as indicated, adhering to evidence-based techniques. Interface with community substance abuse treatment centers to coordinate care as appropriate (SBIRT).
Required qualifications for this position include:
Master's Degree Social Work
3 years Experience with adult populations and familiarity with broad range of psychiatric disorders.
Montana Licensed Clinical Social Worker, or license eligible in the State of Montana.
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Prior experience in integrated behavioral health
It is highly preferred that the LCSW achieve his/her OSW-C certification within 5 years of starting this position.
